AB&K is an African start up company in the cellular communication field that contacted BRN to develop a responsive website, including a user area where the user can get information and perform actions. As part of my role I created two different brand identities both are presented here.
AB&K uses the power of communications to make a better world. Their vision is to bring technology to life for all people in Africa. The company is the backbone that supports the community and is responsible for much more than just just connecting people. It makes people’s lives safer, promotes equal opportunities, and helps reduce energy consumption and conserve resources.
The architecture of the website is defined based on customer requirements. It allows me to approve my solution with the customer before starting the design of the actual pages.
This is the second version of the design presented to the customer, as an option for choosing the preferred visual language. Once a decision was made, with some small additional modifications, it was possible to move on and design the rest of the pages on the website.
I've designed the user area so that the user can get a detailed overview of his account: used credit card details, past and future charges, the amount of minutes left, plan type and an option to change the current plan. Also the system will optionally offer the optimal plan for the user based on previous usage data.
Each simcard has an identification code that should be used during the registration process. The user can also choose whether to receive updates by email or sms.
